On vacation in Villnöss

One of the most beautiful valleys in the Dolomites is the valley of Villnöß. Situated at the transition between the Isarco Valley and the Nature Park Puez Geisler. Villnöß is characterised by geological finds, breathtaking landscapes, traditional farms and fertile mountain terraces. Here you can still find the "Teiser balls", minerals with Amethyst inclusions. Old mountain trails makes it wonderfully hiking, the pale mountains invites to adventurous climbing experiences and the annual music summer shows how harmonious nature and culture can be combined. The highest village in the valley is Coll (1590 m).
